I've been in an experimentive mood lately and really wanted to try my hand at just throwing ingredients to the wind.
To make my cherry lemon poundcake I started with a basic poundcake recipe but decided to make 2 round cakes and then add cherry pie filling where ever I could. Lemon buttercream topped it all and the result was yum.
